What makes Maison Hapchot a great holiday rental
Maison Hapchot is a beautifully renovated landaise style house, decorated in a French beach chic style. It is set on the outskirts of a traditional French village, yet only a short drive to the beach. The owners have a young child and have organised the house to be extremely child friendly and a parent's ideal holiday home at the same time. For a special occasion or just to make your holiday even more relaxing, why not book one of our bespoke catering packages as part of your stay at this villa.
Best for:
Young families looking for tranquility, only a short drive from the beaches and a perfect base to explore the pays basque, the landes pine forests and the seaside resorts of Hossegor and Capbreton. Grandparents, too, will enjoy this typical French village.
Suitability for:
Anything to look out for?
The mezzanine is open to the downstairs living area and is accessed by an open tread staircase, which is protected by a stairgate.
WHY HOSSEGOR?
An established surfing resort with a very 'cool' vibe. The resort offers great beaches, good shopping, a lovely lagoon and plenty of activities (surf, golf, tennis, cycling, sailing & more). There's also a wealth of restaurants (neighbouring Capbreton is best for seafood) and oysters are farmed in the lagoon - you can do tastings.

Service: The organisation re booking this holiday was very straight forward and easy. I was helped by kind and friendly and helpful staff whenever I spoke to someone at Alternative Aquitaine or email infact.
Product: The house is perfect for a family holiday. It had every convenience one would need for a holiday from baby kit ie travel cot, high chair to swings and a slide in the garden. There's plenty of space outside for children to run around in.
Inside the house is also as good. There is a TV which was just used to watch CDs but that was useful in the evenings if necessary.
Its tastefully decorated and we would happily stay again.
Marteen who greeted us was extremely kind and friendly and helpful.
Product Comment: Yes, this villa works particularly well for young families. The English owners have young children and the villa is very much set-up with kids' safety & enjoyment in mind - and a relaxing break for Mums & Dads! The Property Manager Maarten is a great asset too. Thank you for your kind feedback.
