How to book your holiday with us

Book with Confidence. We are a Member of ABTA which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct and financial protection in the unlikely event of our financial failure.

STEP 1 Check availability on this website or call or email us to check. Once we have confirmed availability we can normally hold a property for up to 48 hours.

STEP 2 Call or email to make the accommodation booking only when you are ready to pay for your holiday (if you're not quite 100% we will place or extend an option for you). Please also provide (if you haven't already) your contact details plus the number and ages of people travelling in the group. 

We will then email you the booking formalities - a link to your online booking form and payment instructions.

STEP 3 You then have a maximum of 2 working days to return:

  • Your completed online Booking Form
  • For bookings more than 12 weeks ahead: deposit of 25% (30% in a few cases)
  • For bookings 12 weeks or less ahead: payment in full please
  • A booking fee of £25 will be added

STEP 4 We then issue you with a written confirmation/invoice for the booking. At this point a binding contract comes into existence between yourself and the accommodation supplier.

Your balance payment is due 8 weeks before the start of your rental and we will email you a reminder.

Arrival instructions will be sent to you at least 2-3 weeks before the holiday.
