Fabulous resort - not too hot, even in August - 25- 28 degrees Celsius

Great place, loved being on a bus route to Bayonne and Biarritz. Lovely town centre.
Product:
The area is nice, we didn't visit the local town Ondres. Bayonne is really interesting, lots of old buildings and nice traditional shopping streets. We didn't enjoy Biarritz though, we followed signs to park in the town centre and got caught up in all the one way traffic, and all of the car parks were full. Capbreton is about 6-7 miles away on the bike so it's worth visiting there.

What we loved most is the location of Biarritz. You find everything you need and you have all the opportunities to explore the region with all its treasures. We will definitively come back!
Product:
Overrated but only saw the beach for one day, not the city.
Product:
Biarritz was a buzzing town with great surf, and some lovely eating spots. I preferred the town of St Jean de Luz which was close to our accommodation and Bayonne was also beautiful - all close distance to our Villa
Product:
Pays Basque is always a great place to visit
Product:
We loved Biarritz and will probably be returning next year. However we will be a lot more careful about our accommodation.

Beautiful, wonderful food and people

Town and beach, great combo. Fantastic food

This is an excellent jumping off point for exploring both the French and Spanish Basque. Easy driving to San Sebastian and Bilbao. We also visited Pamplona, Dax, Pau and the close by cities of Bayonne and Biarritz. The beaches are about 1/2 hour away and there are many charming Basques villages close by. The foothills of the Pyrenees are lovey to drive through providing wonderful views out to the sea. Highly recommend this area as a vacation spot.

Biarritz has everything you could want

Beautiful beaches and lots to see and do.Spectacular coastline.
Product:
Great destination with wife variety of places to visit and lovely beach within 10 minute walk
Product:
Near to lakes, beaches, mountains, city and town visits and close to supermarket and shops/bars. Excellent.

This is a lovely part of the world. The complex is ten minutes walk from some of the best beaches in Europe, some great bars and restaurants, tennis, golf, jet skiing. It's also great for cycling with dedicated cycle paths around and out of town leading up into the foothills of the Pyrenees. The local bus service is excellent and costs 1 Euro to get to the centre of Biarritz (saving the headache of parking and deciding who is going to drive!).
Product:
Biarritz just as good as it was when we last visited 15 years ago,not spoiled, and at least the MacDonalds was out of town!!
Product:
Angles beaches are beautiful. Lots of restaurants nearby. Biarritz was stunning.

Good

There was a choice of good beaches which were loved by all age ranges of this large family. We all had tremendous fun. The area was beautiful, with a lovely, nearby, large river.
Product:
Great destination with lots to nearby to explore. We particularly liked Bayonne, which is even closer to Ondres than Biarritz.
Product:
Lively, sophisticated town which has everything. Beach, shopping, nightlife for the teenagers, surfing and a bit of culture.
Product:
wonderful look forward to revisiting again and again
