Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in einem ganz fantastischen Haus. Großzügig angelegt sowie sehr geschmackvoll gebaut und eingerichtet. Und all das in exzellenter Lage fußläufig zum Strand. Was will man mehr? Auch die Kommunikation mit der sympathischen Vermieterin war ebenso angenehm wir unkompliziert. Kurzum: wir hatten eine rundum positive Urlaubserfahrung. Unbedingte Empfehlung! Luxury 3 bedroom 3 bathroom contemporary holiday house

Enjoying a fresh and modern design throughout and feeling of inside and outside blending with all the sliding glass doors that link the house to the garden.

Plenty of space both inside and out, tasteful furnishings including natural linens and a high level specification.

The architecture is also very modern, with one exterior section in slate, with a deck running around 3 sides of the house.

Ground floor

  • The main entrance leads into the hallway, with floating staircase.
  • Off to the right is a large open plan living room and dining room with all glass overlooking the front garden to the right. The decor is modern and uncluttered without feeling sparse. The glass doors open onto the decking.
  • Off the dining room is the kitchen, fully-equipped and very modern, with both a Nespresso and a Philips filter coffee maker. This in turn opens directly onto the decking and the outdoor kitchen area.
  • Off the hallway, to the other side is a large downstairs bedroom with double height ceiling. There is a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and an additional single mattress (so could sleep 3 in this room). Also a TV and DVD player with a couple of armchairs.
  • Next to this room is a door into the garage and utility area which houses the washing machine and drier.
  • There is also a decent size shower room and separate toilet downstairs.


  • Off the landing to each side are double bedrooms, each with ensuite and balcony.
  • The left hand double bedroom (150 x 200 cm bed) is the smaller of the 2 with built in wardrobes and shower room.
  • The master bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed) is accessed through the ensuite which has double sinks, large walk in shower and a bath. The bedroom is large and has views over the front garden and access to a balcony also overlooking the garden. The built-in wardrobes run the length of the back of the bedroom and are separated slightly from the bedroom by a semiwall/headboard to the bed.

Situated in the prime residential location entre ocean et lac, Tarrisse is but a short stroll from the shady shores of Lac Marin d'Hossegor to one side and a 5 minute walk over the dunes to the local beach Plage Nord. Plages Graviere and Estagnots lie either side. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in very peaceful surroundings. There are other houses around but it's a private and tranquil place to relax. It's approx 2500 metres to the heart of Hossegor - there's a path around the lake for cycling/running/walking - as you wish!
