Five
reasons why it's good to book early...
1. Get the weeks you want
Aquitaine has become very popular destination in the past few
years, especially during the school summer holidays. The good places
are booked long in advance, especially the ones near the coast -
Biarritz, St Jean de Luz, Cap Ferret, Hossegor
are favourites. To book the first two weeks of August, please
don't delay!
2. Only put down a 25% deposit
Ease your cash-flow, especially if you're still paying for last
year's holiday and Christmas is approaching! We normally require
a 35% deposit but until 31.12.08 a 25% deposit will be enough to
secure your choice if you pay by cheque or bank transfer.
3. Get a good deal - possibly!
It's
often possible to book ahead at the current
year's prices. We can sometimes (not guaranteed!) do this whilst
we're in the process of renewing contracts with owners and the prices
are unconfirmed on our website. There's often some 'Early
Bird' special offers
available too for non-peak bookings.
4. Beat the French!
We love the French, but we also love winning against them -
Olympics 2012 anyone? The French don't really start booking holidays
until December/ January, but when they do, they go for it and, with
their good taste, it's the nicer places that go. Why not get in
there first?
5. Feel smug, impress your friends
OK, not necessarily the best reason to spend hard-earned money,
but if you're going to book a holiday for next year sometime anyway,
you could Do It Now and feel good about it!
